Our Fragrance Guarantee

Due to the hygiene and cosmetic nature of our products (perfumes, roll-ons, and sprays), we maintain the following policy:

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery ONLY if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong scent, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item.
• Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been sprayed, opened, or had its seal broken.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
